The aquatic Ludberdites of Zaar have developed a society devoted to the pursuit of peacefulness and the exercise of philosophy. When Nebulon the Celestial Man accidentally traveled to their dimension, the Ludberdites took him under their tutelage, and he determined that Earth could well use the insight of the Ludberdites to achieve lasting harmony. Unfortunately, the methods Nebulon used discredited his ultimate goals, and the disillusioned Ludberdites abandoned Earth to return to their own dimension.
