"Kismet" may not in fact exist in any physical sense. When Adam Warlock saw it, it seemed to be a metaphysical representation of several different possible destinies among which Adam Warlock was able to choose. Presumably, every individual has his own personal "Kismet," and while his choices may not be as clear as Warlock's; such choices are made every moment of his life.
