History: It is believed that Catseye’s physical mutation manifested itself at her birth, and was the reason her unknown parents abandoned her. She spent most of her childhood in her feline form, fending for herself, and sill believes herself to be a cat who turns into a human being. Eventually she was brought to the White Queen, who has encouraged the development of the human side of Catseye’s personality.

Strength Level: In human form she possesses normal human strength of a woman of her age, height, and build. In feline form her strength is roughly equal to a large tiger’s. As an adult her strength in this form will be greater.

Known Superhuman Power: Catseye can transform herself into a cat-like being while retaining her human intelligence. In feline form she can walk up walls, and her tail becomes prehensile.
