Exiles
The Exiles are a team of heroes plucked from their own separate realities by the mysterious Timebroker to repair the broken links in the chain of time. Minor disturbances in the "DNA" of the multiverse have caused dangerous anomalies in certain quantum realities that need to be repaired, lest the damage spread from one universe to the next. According to the Timebroker, these anomalies have crept into the Exiles' timelines as well, and the lives that they led have been changed as a result. So the team works together, traveling to different realities attempting to right wrongs, hoping to one day return to their own repaired timeline and continue the lives they once knew.

Led by Blink, the team has seen its share of hardships. They have battled the Dark Phoenix and defeated Galactus. Some of their members have not survived, and some have been left behind to uncertain fates.
They have fallen in love and formed friendships that can never be broken. They have become a family of heroes with one thing in common: they all hope to someday return home to their own realities and reunite with their loved ones.
It is becoming more and more clear to the team that the mysterious Timebroker is not all he seems - he was even referred to by the Celestials as the "Timebreaker." The Exiles realize something may not be right with the entity who assigns them their missions, but they struggle on, hoping beyond hope their next mission will be the one that allows them to return home.
